Diet Anyone?

Recently I've really been hankering to lose some weight, I really need to, as I see myself in the mirror getting bigger everyday. Getting slim is something I really want to do, not only for my hubby, but also for myself. I really have a hard time getting around, I get out of breath so easily these days.

I decided I wanted to do some exercises... but well work, the kids and well sometimes just plain laziness gets the better of me when it comes to doing cardio, so I'd rather just diet, it seems easier to lose weight by not eating. I am hoping... well hoping.. that after I lose a few pounds from diet, I can begin exercising, perhaps I'll be more motivated with the weight loss of the diet, that I can firm the lose muscles and skin.

If you've been reading my blog, you know that weight has always been a struggle for me, but this time with this plan of not pushing too much and just taking my sweet time with it will help me achieve the goal of getting to a healthy weight, a feat I have never had the pleasure of achieving.
